3. Service Agreement

Participants who receive services from us are required to enter into a formal Service Agreement. This agreement outlines the scope of supports, pricing, responsibilities, and service conditions. Where there is any inconsistency, the Service Agreement will take priority over these Terms and Conditions.

4. Participant Rights

We are committed to protecting participant rights, including the right to dignity and respect, privacy and confidentiality, safe and high-quality supports, and the ability to exercise choice and control over services received.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, follow agreed service arrangements, and notify us of any changes that may impact service delivery.

6. Fees and Payments

All services are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Payments may be processed through self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed funding. Any applicable fees, including cancellation charges, will be outlined in the Service Agreement.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or changes to scheduled supports. Where adequate notice is not provided, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with NDIS guidelines and the Service Agreement.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. Personal and sensitive information will only be used and disclosed as necessary to deliver services or meet legal obligations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Caring Care Support Services will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
